Introduction

The new generation mini SUV Ford Ecosport is a popular SUV in the country. The car is currently running on its second generation which was first introduced at the New Delhi Auto Expo, in India in 2012. It has a 5 people seating capacity and an exclusive high class design. The car is one of its kind and is on top of the list of 5 seater compact SUV's in the country. Ford Ecosport comes in 4 variants Ambiente MT, Trend MT, Titanium MT, and Titanium AT in the country. All the variants offer a 1.5 litre petrol engine which delivers an impressive maximum output of 112 PS @ 6300 rpm with a maximum torque of 140 Nm @ 4400 rpm. The overall mileage delivered by the SUV is 14.3 kmpl and the SUV accelerates from a standstill to 100 kmph in 12.3 seconds which according to its weight and size are impressive figures and the 6 speed manual transmission undoubtedly delivers a fine smooth performance.

Exteriors

The SUV has got high class exteriors and appearance which can easily make anyone fall in love for the car. The sleek Headlamps are automatic with Signature Lightguide that help when the sunlight starts to fade. Interiors

The interiors of the SUV have a dual tone environment with supreme usage of Chrome on the control panel in the centre console. The Infotainment system is engrossed within a chrome finish which includes the AC vents also. The inner door handles are chrome finished, the side AC vents have broad chrome outlining which gives the broad dashboard a premium look and the leather finished 3 spoke power steering wheel also has chrome finish with audio controls mounted.
