Introduction

The 2-door roadster of the luxury car producer Porsche, Boxster S is the 3.4 litre engine variant of the sports car. Introduced in the 1996, Boxster underwent many upgradations in terms of its engines as the name of the car itself suggests how much powerful its engine is to be. It is currently on its 3rd generation launched in the year 2012, and is a running luxury convertible roadster in the country. The Roadster accelerates from a standstill to 100kmph in mere 5.1 seconds and when the PDK is switched to the Sport+ mode, the acceleration sprint time becomes just 4.8 seconds which is the integrated quality of the Porsche sports cars to give the best acceleration in its class. Exteriors

All Boxster variants are stunningly designed as a lavishing sports car which can steel the hearts of everyone. The front Bi-Xenon headlights of the Boxster S are in the standard Porsche design and the front grille is in a triple fins structure just below the daytime running and position lamp. The front slant bonnet with the brand logo ends with a curvy shape over the bumper. Even the side profile of the roadster is distinctly designed with the air inlets merging with the sleek character lines just where the door gates end which is the major lustrous finish on the sides. This roadster stands at 4374 mm x 1801 mm x 1281 mm (L x W x H) along with a Wheelbase of 2475 mm and has got Sporty Alloy wheels of 19 inches with front tyre size of 235/40 ZR 19 and the rear ones of 265/40 ZR 19. A fully automatic hood which completes the opening and closing process in less than 9 seconds and is made of a net-type wind deflector material is encased in the roadster for reducing air turbulence in the cabin area.

Interiors

When someone gets inside this gorgeous roadster, they surely can't move their eyes from the beauty that is encased in the car. The Boxster S is offered with a Garnet Red natural leather interior which looks a stunning combination. However, other color options are also offered like Agate Grey and Lime Gold combination which can look better to some because of its sober appearance. A lot of detailing has been given with the usage of chrome finishes on the dashboard, centre console and the AC duct surrounds. The MID has a 4.6 inch integrated information screen for easy vision of the clusters while driving on high speeds.
